Upon completion of the microcredential, participants will be able to: . Integrate clinical knowledge in the management of simulated clinical scenarios, demonstrating structured clinical reasoning and effective prioritisation. . Make evidence-informed decisions tailored to the complexity and specific requirements of specialised care. . Apply effective communication strategies with the person, family, and multidisciplinary team, appropriate to high-demand clinical contexts. . Act safely and in a coordinated manner in simulated critical situations, demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and error management competencies. . Identify signs of clinical deterioration and implement timely interventions in scenarios representative of specialised clinical practice. . Engage reflectively in briefing and debriefing processes, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in professional performance. . Transfer learning outcomes from simulation-based training to real clinical practice, reinforcing safety, quality, and consistency of care delivery.
